5" x 7" Envelope: If your order will comfortably fit in a 5" x 7" envelope please choose this option (i.e. ribbon, small embellishments, fiber, etc.) Rate: $5.00.
14" x 14" Box: Most orders will ship in a 14" x 14" pizza style box. Rates are as follows:

If you have any concerns with regards to your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel by email 2friends@execulink.com or by calling (519) 746-6672.
Returns and exchanges will be made on unused and/or unopened packaged items only and will exclude any and all shipping costs. Returns and exchanges will not be made on open packages, paper, or pens/markers. Any products that have been discontinued, sale items and items not being re-stocked cannot be returned. An exchange or store credit will be issued for any returns of unopened products. Cash refunds will not be given.
